                                             The Next 12 Steps Group

The Next 12 Steps pornography addiction recovery program began in August of 2010 and there are presently two groups available. One group is for men 30 years old and younger, single or married, and it is held at a stake center near the Utah State University campus in Logan, Utah. The other group is held on-line on Zoom from 8 to 9 PM every Sunday evening.  Participation for both groups is free.  Contact Russ at visionbooks77@gmail.com to find out how to join.

My name is Russ Seigenberg - I am a Ph.D. psychologist with 30 years of counseling experience. I am also a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This blog is for members of the LDS faith who are interested in learning how to use gospel principles to strengthen themselves emotionally. I created this blog and one other to share my books. All these books are available free of charge by clicking on the appropriate links.  


This blog, http://addictionrecoverylds.blogspot.com, has links to my books that focus on recovery from addictions. The Next 12 Steps book deals with sexual addictions, while Perfect Liberty II deals with all types of addictions.  Hard copies of the Next 12 Steps are now available on this site and at the Thursday group.


Another book "The Gospel Tool Kit" is available on the website http://ldsmentalhealth.blogspot.com. This book focuses on improving spirituality and emotional well-being using gospel principles.
